Hello, I’m Carlie!

Carlie Smith, NCIDQ

As an Interior Designer with over a decade of professional experience, I am passionate about creating spaces that improve the health and wellness of everyone who interacts with them, embracing the spectrum of neurodiversity and the uniqueness of each individual.

My work spans a wide range of environments, from hospitality and residential interiors to high-end corporate offices and boutique health and wellness spaces. I believe that thoughtfully designed spaces have the power to elevate lives, foster well-being, and create meaningful connections for people of all abilities and experiences.

With a strong background in managing complex design projects, I excel at blending technical expertise, creative vision, and meticulous project management to deliver environments that align with client goals and enrich user experiences. From concept development to final installation, I take pride in every detail, ensuring spaces are functional, inspiring, and inclusive.

I approach my career the way I do my life, with zest, humor, kindness, and honesty. When I’m not creating, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors, practicing yoga, reading, cooking (and eating!). Life is meant to be enjoyed and I do try my best not to take it too seriously.
